Before reaching out to clients, it is essential to check your product settings. Ensure your clients see accurate and up-to-date information about your company.

Open settings

  1. Click in the top-right corner.

  2. Navigate to Product settings > General.

Adjust company details

In General settings, review and update your company information so the client sees accurate details during calls and messaging.

Configure Main line phone number

Enter your company's primary phone number. Calling this number, your clients can reach your employees, auto-receptionists, or call queues by dialing an extension.

To change the number, select the new one from the drop-down list.

Note. The phone number must be added to your business phone numbers.

Configure Service addresses

Provide physical street addresses to assign to your phone numbers. If someone makes an emergency call (e.g., 911) using one of these numbers, the linked address will be provided to emergency services to help locate the caller.

To create a new address:

  1. Click +Add service address.

  2. Fill in the fields and click Save.

To edit an address:

  1. Click the more options icon.

  2. Select Edit address.

  3. Enter new values and click Save.
