Invite team members

You can add team members to your DialLink account to collaborate and manage communications together.

User permissions

Users in DialLink can have one of two roles:

  • User: The default role. Users can access most features and manage settings for their assigned phone numbers, but they do not have access to account-wide settings.

  • Administrator: Administrators have full access to all features and data, except private user messages. They can manage all platform settings.

We recommend assigning this role only to a few trusted individuals to maintain account security.

Invite a user to your account

Important: Inviting a user will increase your subscription charges.

  1. Go to Settings

2. Navigate to Company Settings

3. Open Users

4. Click + Invite User

5. Enter the user’s details:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Job title (optional)

6. Grant admin permissions if needed

7. Click Invite

Each user license includes one free US local phone number. However, inviting a user does not automatically add or assign a phone number. You need to add and assign it separately.

To add a phone number, go to Settings → Phone numbers → + Add new phone number → Local, select a number, and assign it to the user.

Accept an invitation

The invited user will receive an email from DialLink. To join the account, they need to click Accept Invite and complete the sign-up process.

Resend or copy an invitation

If a user does not receive the invitation email, an account admin can resend the invitation or copy the invitation link.

2. Navigate to Company Settings

4. Select the invited user

5. Click Resend Invite to send the invitation again

Copy an invitation link

  1. Go to Settings

2. Navigate to Company Settings

3. Open Users

4. Select the invited user

Desktop:

5. Click Copy Link to copy the invitation link

6. Send the invitation link via email or text message

Once completed, the user will appear in the list of company members.
