Salesforce integration features

Updated over a week ago

Integrating Salesforce with DialLink allows your team to keep communication history and customer details synchronized across both systems. Instead of entering data manually, you get a reliable record of calls and messages inside Salesforce, along with always up-to-date contact information. With this integration, you can:

  • Synchronize contacts between Salesforce and DialLink.

  • Automatically log SMS conversations in Salesforce.

  • Automatically log DialLink calls in Salesforce.

Contact synchronization

The integration ensures that contacts are always aligned in both systems:

  • New contacts, created in DialLink, appear in Salesforce.

  • Contacts imported from Salesforce become available in DialLink.

  • Updates in one system are reflected in the other.

This way, your team can work in either DialLink or Salesforce and still rely on accurate, up-to-date information. You’ll also receive a notification once the initial synchronization is complete, confirming that all records are ready to use.

SMS logging

DialLink automatically records SMS conversations in Salesforce, grouping them by conversation. This means your team can view the entire thread of exchanged messages in one place. To keep records tidy, the logging happens when no new messages are received for a few minutes.

This feature provides sales and support teams with a clear overview of customer communications directly in Salesforce, without the need to manually copy messages.

Call logging

Every call made or received through DialLink is automatically logged in Salesforce. Each record includes the key details: who was involved, the date and time of the call, its duration, and whether it was inbound or outbound.

This creates a reliable call history in Salesforce and makes it easier to prepare for follow-ups, review past interactions, or measure customer engagement.
