The DialLink MCP Server allows AI models to connect directly with your DialLink account. Once connected, the model can access DialLink’s calling and messaging features, retrieve data, and perform actions on your behalf — all through natural conversation.
Instead of switching between apps, you can simply ask the AI to place a call, look up a contact, or check call status, and it will use DialLink’s APIs securely in the background.
How it works
You give a request, for example, “Call John Smith at +1 111 555 0044”.
Claude interprets the request and translates it into an action through the DialLink MCP Server.
The MCP Server connects to DialLink APIs and performs the action.
Claude reports back with the result, for example, confirming that the call was placed.
You can follow up by asking, “How did the call go?” to get details like call status, duration, and outcome.
Example scenarios
With the DialLink MCP Server, you can:
Make and manage calls: place outbound calls, cancel appointments, or check the status of ongoing calls.
Access and update contacts: retrieve or edit customer information.
Automate daily tasks: combine DialLink actions with other tools to simplify your workflow.
Improve customer interactions: let the AI take real actions on your behalf.
Availability
DialLink MCP integrations are supported in Claude Desktop. You can manually add the DialLink MCP Server there.
