What the trial is for
A trial subscription lets you experience the core of DialLink: making and receiving calls, managing contacts, exploring basic messaging, and trying key workspace features without needing to commit upfront. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Note. Trial features and limits depend on the plan you selected at sign-up (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise). You can check your current plan in Settings > Subscriptions. |
What you can do during the trial
Place and receive voice calls within supported regions
Invite and manage additional users in your workspace
Try call recording, voicemail, call transferring and forwarding
Get familiar with ring groups, call history, custom business hours, auto-receptionist, and single-level IVR
Try AI-powered features. Depending on your trial plan, you can explore different AI capabilities:
Essential plan: includes voicemail transcription and text-to-speech generation
Professional and Enterprise plans: also let you try call recording summaries, sentiment analysis, and call tagging

Get familiar with the administration and security features
