In the Profile section, you can manage your personal details that appear across DialLink, such as your name, photo, and email address.
To open your profile settings:
Go to Settings > Profile.
Your profile information is visible to other users in your workspace and used across call logs and messages.
Profile picture
Upload a photo that represents you in DialLink.
Max. file size: 5 MB
Supported formats:
.jpg,.png,.webp,.gif
To upload or change your picture:
Open Profile.
Click Upload.
Choose an image from your device.
To remove your current picture, click the × icon near the photo.
First name and last name
Your first and last names are displayed across DialLink, for example, in call logs, messages, and user lists. To update them, simply type a new value in the corresponding field. The change is saved automatically.
Email address
Your email address is used to log in and receive DialLink notifications. If needed, you can edit it directly in the Email field. The update takes effect immediately.
