Managing your Salesforce native integration

Explore what you can configure in the Salesforce native integration.

After connecting Salesforce to DialLink, you can adjust integration settings by choosing which data to sync between the two systems. You can also select which DialLink phone numbers are included in the synchronization.

How to adjust call logging settings

Call logging is enabled by default for all connected phone numbers. You cannot configure it per number, only at the account level.

To update this setting in DialLink:

  1. Go to Settings

3. Select Salesforce

4. Scroll to the Synchronization section

5. Turn the Log calls toggle on or off

How to adjust message logging settings

How to add a phone number

You can choose which DialLink phone numbers are used to sync data with Salesforce.

To add a phone number for sync:

  1. Go to Settings

3. Select Salesforce

4. Scroll to the Phone numbers section

5. Enter a phone number you want to add

How to remove a phone number

You can remove a DialLink phone number from Salesforce synchronization at any time.

To remove a phone number from a sync:

  1. Go to Settings

3. Select Salesforce

5. Find the number you want to remove

6. Click Remove next to the number

How to disconnect the Salesforce integration

If you want to uninstall the Salesforce integration, you can do so:

  1. Go to the Settings
