After you connect Salesforce to DialLink, you can choose what information to sync between the two systems. The integration synchronizes contact and activity data between your DialLink and Salesforce workspaces. You decide which types of activity to log and which numbers to include in the sync.
Configuration options
To access integration settings, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce.
Synchronization
This section controls whether calls and messages are logged in Salesforce as Tasks. By default, both call and message logging are enabled.
Phone numbers
You can choose which DialLink numbers are used to sync calls with Salesforce.
Toggle on Sync all phone numbers to include all numbers in your workspace (default).
Select phone numbers manually. Select a number from the list and click Add phone number to choose specific numbers you want to log.
For example, you can sync only customer-facing lines (Sales or Support) and exclude internal extensions.
