Desk phone connectivity and support depend on your DialLink subscription plan. The available options differ as follows:

Essential and Professional Plans

Users on the Essential and Professional plans can use only desk phones purchased directly from DialLink. These devices come pre-provisioned and are ready to connect to your DialLink account.

Enterprise Plan

Users on the Enterprise plan can use desk phones purchased from DialLink and may also register their own supported desk phones.

Before connecting a third-party device, please note the following:

  1. Only selected desk phone models are eligible for registration with DialLink. Refer to the full list of models.

  2. DialLink does not provide direct support for configuring third-party VoIP desk phones on any plan. Configuration and provisioning must be completed independently using the available setup documentation.
