Professional setup is an optional remote service from DialLink that helps clients configure their phone system features.
What is included in the professional setup
The professional setup includes configuration of the DialLink tenant based on your business requirements. This may include:
Setting up call flows
Configuring call management features
Setting up business messaging
Configuring AI voice features
Configuring desk phones purchased from DialLink
Assigning phone numbers
Assigning desk phones purchased from DialLink
The setup session is limited to 1 hour of remote assistance. The duration may be extended in the event of technical issues on the DialLink side.
Important: The professional setup is provided remotely only and does not include on-site assistance.
What is not included in the professional setup
Although the professional setup covers a wide range of configuration tasks, it does not include:
Configuration of user-owned (third-party) desk phones
