This article outlines the requirements and process for returning desk phones purchased from DialLink.

Return of new and unopened desk phones

You may return desk phones within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The device is unused

  • The device is in new condition

  • The device is returned in its original, unopened packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included

If these conditions are met, the return may be eligible for a refund. DialLink reserves the right to inspect the returned hardware before approving the refund. The final refund amount, is approved, will be determined after inspection and is issued at DialLink’s sole discretion based on the condition of the returned device.

Return of defective desk phones

You can return the defective desk phones within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The device is returned in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and protective materials are included

If these conditions are met, the purchase may be eligible for a refund or replacement. DialLink reserves the right to inspect the returned hardware before approving the request. The final decision regarding refund, replacement, and any applicable refund amount will be made after inspection and is at DialLink’s sole discretion.

Return of used desk phones

Desk phones that show any signs of use or activation, are damaged, or are missing original packaging or components are not eligible for return or refund.

To return a desk phone that is eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a return request

  1. Complete the form and describe the reason for the return in the “Tell us more about the issue” field

  2. Click Submit your request

Step 2: Wait for approval

Wait for confirmation from DialLink before shipping the device. Returns must be approved in advance.

Step 3: Ship the device

Carefully pack the desk phone and ship it to:

Step 4: Inspection and refund

Once DialLink receives the package, the device will be inspected. If the return is approved, you will be contacted with details regarding the refund.

Fees and shipping

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
