The Basic Business Line requires the use of a desk phone purchased from DialLink in order to activate and use your business phone line.
Under this plan, the only available model is the Yealink SIP-T34W, which comes pre-provisioned for use with the DialLink business phone system.
Ordering a desk phone for the Basic Business Line
To order a desk phone, contact ISG, DialLink’s authorized partner. You can place the order with ISG while setting up your subscription plan.
Note: The cost of the desk phone is not included in the subscription price. It will appear separately on your invoice along with the subscription charges.
Shipment of a desk phone for the Basic Business Line plan
Desk phones are shipped shortly after payment is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery times depend on stock availability and shipping location. Most orders are fulfilled within standard shipping windows (typically within 2 business days).
