DialLink provides pre-built templates with triggers and actions that you can use to create automation workflows between DialLink and Microsoft Office 365.
Before you begin, make sure your DialLink account is connected to your Zapier account.
Access the integration in Zapier
Open the integration in Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/diallink/integrations/office-365
Scroll to the Launch your first automated workflow
Select the template you want to use and click Try It
Sign in to your Microsoft account (if prompted)
Start building your workflow using the available triggers and actions
Access the integration in the DialLink marketplace
Access the DialLink integration page: https://diallink.com/integrations-marketplace/phone-system/microsoft-office-365
Click Install Now
Select the template you want to use and click Try It
In Zapier, click Try This Template
Sign in to your Microsoft account (if prompted)
Build your workflow using the available triggers and actions
