What countries can I call and message with DialLink?

Updated over 3 weeks ago

DialLink works in most parts of the world, allowing you to call and message international numbers much like local ones. For the most up-to-date information on calling and messaging coverage by country, refer to this page.

You can search by country to view rates for calling and messaging within a country and to that country. Rates may vary depending on:

  • the destination country,

  • the type of communication (calls or messages),

  • the carrier being called, and

  • the country you’re calling from.

What is considered international calling and messaging in DialLink?

Calls and messages to phone numbers registered outside the US and Canada are considered international. This applies even if you’re calling or messaging a number registered in the same country outside the US and Canada.

These calls and messages are billed at international rates and charged as metered usage.

Are calls within countries outside the US and Canada included in my DialLink subscription?

No. Calls and SMS within countries outside the US and Canada are not included in your DialLink subscription and are billed as metered usage.

For example, a call placed from a German phone number to another German phone number is billed separately based on the applicable per-minute rate and the call duration.
