Go to your workspace in DialLink on the web.
Click Settings, then select Phone numbers
Under Call flow, click the dropdown list next to Assignment to specify to the phone number assigned to.

Under Call flow, click on dropdown list next to User to configure which user this phone number should be assigned to.
