Follow these steps on the DialLink web platform:
Go to your workspace in DialLink on the web.
Click Settings, then select Auto-Receptionists.
Under Auto-Receptionists, choose IVR Menu.

Click Setup under the IVR menu.
The Set up IVR Menu window will pop up.
