How to forward calls to a dedicated number during and after business hours

Ensuring that your team doesn’t miss a call is simple with call forwarding. You can forward calls to a number of your choice, either during or after business hours. This can be a number outside of DialLink (call forwarding destination numbers must be Canadian or US-based) or a preferred number within your DialLink workspace.

Call forwarding during business hours:

1. Go to your workspace in DialLink on the web

2. As an Owner or Admin go to Settings, then click Phone Numbers to configure your call flow settings.

3. Select the Forward To option and enter your preferred number.

Call Forwarding After Business Hours:

1. Go to your workspace in DialLink on the web or desktop.

2. As an Owner or Admin, go to Settings, then click Phone Number to configure your settings.

3. Assign Assign the phone number to an Auto-Receptionist (A/R) or Call Queue (CQ).
