To set up an outgoing caller ID, follow these steps on DialLink web:
Go to Settings, then click Phone numbers.
Click the phone number you wish to update.

The following screen will appear.

A pop-up will appear stating: “You must complete your business profile to use the Caller ID feature.”
Figure 43: Complete Your Business Profile to be able to use the Caller ID FeatureTo update your business profile, click Trust, then click Register under Local Numbers Registration.
The Trust Pages are a series of pages that allow users to complete the A2P 10DLC registration, which is mandatory for sending and receiving text messages to and from US and Canadian phone numbers
