The transfer feature allows you to redirect an active call to another person or department. Once the transfer is complete, your connection to the call will be disconnected
Types of Call Transfers:
Warm Transfer: Allows you to speak with the person receiving the transfer before completing it. This gives you a chance to provide context or confirm their availability.
Cold Transfer: Transfers the call immediately to the recipient without any prior discussion, disconnecting you from the call.
Steps for DialLink web:
1. The Transfer button is available only during an active call.
2. Press Transfer button.

3. Enter the phone number or contact number to which you want to transfer the call.

1. Log in to the app. The Transfer button is available only during an active call.
