The Calls tab provides an overview of your account’s incoming, outgoing, and missed calls. Click Calls in the top menu to access the tab.
Call list and filtering
In the center, a general list of calls appears. Use the left panel to categorize call history by number assignment. You can view and filter calls by personal numbers, auto-receptionists, call queues, ring groups, and AI agents.
Use a search bar above the call list to quickly find specific calls based on phone numbers or names. Additional filter options allow you to refine results by call type, status, or date (newest/latest).
Call entry
Each call entry in the list includes the contact’s number (or name, if available), call duration, and a status icon indicating a call type (inbound/outbound), call status (missed or unread), and whether the call was recorded. Click on a call entry to view detailed information.
Call details
Clicking a call entry opens a detailed view on the right, where you’ll find a full breakdown of the call, including timestamps, duration, and status updates. The timeline section provides deeper insights. If the call was recorded, an AI-generated transcription appears to enrich the call context.
From this panel, you can take immediate action: redial the number, send a message, or compose an email.
Tip. Use the Save as contact button to quickly add the number to the contact list.
