Before you set up the integration, make sure you meet the requirements on both the Salesforce and DialLink sides.

Salesforce requirements

  • Permissions: Salesforce administrator rights are required for setup.

  • Available on editions: Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance, and Developer.

DialLink requirements

  • Permissions: DialLink administrator rights are required for setup.

  • Available on plans: Professional and Enterprise.

Having the right edition and permissions ensures you can connect and configure the integration without issues.
