Before you set up the integration, make sure you meet the requirements on both the Salesforce and DialLink sides.
Salesforce requirements
To use the Salesforce integration, your DialLink account must meet the following conditions:
You are subscribed to the Professional or Enterprise plan
You have admin-level access in DialLink to configure integrations and manage settings
DialLink requirements
On the Salesforce side, the following requirements apply:
Administrator permissions are required to install and configure the integration
The integration is available on the following Salesforce editions:
Enterprise
Unlimited
Performance
Developer
