Before connecting the HubSpot native integration, make sure your account meets the requirements on both the DialLink and HubSpot sides. These permissions and plan requirements are necessary to successfully set up and manage the integration.
DialLink requirements
To use the HubSpot integration, your DialLink account must meet the following conditions:
You are subscribed to the Professional or Enterprise plan
You have admin-level access in DialLink to configure integrations and manage settings
HubSpot requirements
On the HubSpot side, the following requirements apply:
Super admin permissions to install and configure the integration
An active paid HubSpot subscription
