Can I change the plan my trial is based on?
In many cases, yes. Plan options affect which features are visible. If you need to evaluate a specific capability, open Settings > Subscriptions to review available plans or contact support.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your trial is tied to a specific plan and will automatically convert into a paid subscription once it ends. Payments will start based on that plan.
If you don’t want your trial to renew automatically, you can cancel it anytime in Settings > Subscriptions.
Your workspace and data will be kept for a short period after the trial ends, so you can upgrade or reactivate later if needed.
Will my numbers, users, and settings stay after the trial?
Yes. Your workspace, phone numbers, users, and settings remain intact after the 7-day trial.
If you upgrade, everything continues to work seamlessly under your new plan.
If you don’t upgrade, your data will be kept for a short period in case you decide to subscribe later.
Can I use A2P messaging during the trial?
No. Business verification flows, such as creating a Trust profile and A2P 10DLC registration, are only available after upgrading to a paid plan. Until then, SMS to US/CA numbers is blocked. Other advanced channels (like RCS or WhatsApp for Business) also require verification and are not available in trials.
