Connecting DialLink to Salesforce

Follow the instructions below to complete the setup. Before you begin, make sure you meet all prerequisites.

Step 1: Install the DialLink Salesforce package

In this step, you’ll install the DialLink package in your Salesforce organization. This package enables contact synchronization and logging features, so the two systems can exchange data.

  1. In DialLink, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. Select Salesforce and click the installation link.

  3. Log in to your Salesforce account.

  4. In the installation window, select Install for all users.

  5. Accept the confirmation message about installing a third-party app.

  6. Click Install and wait for the process to complete.

When the installation finishes, click Done. You’ll be redirected to Installed Packages in Salesforce, where the DialLink package will appear.

Step 2: Connect DialLink to Salesforce

After the package is installed, you can link your Salesforce account to DialLink. This connection authorizes secure data exchange between the two platforms.

  1. In DialLink, return to Settings > Integrations > Salesforce.

  2. Mark the checkbox, confirming that the package has been installed.

  3. Click Connect.

  4. When Salesforce asks to grant DialLink access, click Allow.

Once connected, the integration status will change to Active.
