Setting up the Salesforce native integration

Learn how to connect DialLink and Salesforce step by step.

This article provides step-by-step instructions for connecting DialLink and Salesforce.

Before you begin, make sure you meet all prerequisites.

Step 1: Install the DialLink Salesforce package

Install the DialLink package in your Salesforce organization. This package enables data exchange between DialLink and Salesforce.

You can find the installation link in DialLink:

  1. Go to the Settings

2. Open the Integrations

3. Select Salesforce

4. Enter the specific Salesforce domain you want to connect to (optional)

5. Click on the Open install link

6. Log in to your Salesforce account with admin credentials

Login to your Salesforce account

7. In the installation window, select Install for all users.

8. Accept the confirmation message about installing a third-party app.

9. Click Install and wait for the process to complete.

You will be redirected to the Installed Packages page in Salesforce, where the DialLink package will appear.

Step 2: Connect DialLink to Salesforce

After installing the package, connect your Salesforce account to DialLink:

  1. Return to the DialLink system

  2. Select the “Already installed the package” checkbox

4. Click Allows to grant access to Salesforce

Once connected, the integration status will change to Active.
