What is the DialLink Basic Business Line?

The DialLink Basic Business Line is a subscription plan created exclusively for ISG. It is not available through the DialLink website or other sales channels.

Do I need a dedicated device to use DialLink?

Yes. The Basic Business Line requires the purchase of a supported desk phone from DialLink.

You will receive a pre-provisioned Yealink SIP-T34W desk phone that is ready to use. Simply connect it to power and the internet to start making and receiving calls.

Which desk phone models are available under the Basic Business Line plan?

Currently, the only available model under the Basic Business Line is the Yealink SIP-T34W.

Will the desk phone charges appear on the same invoice as the DialLink service?

Yes. The desk phone charges will appear on the same invoice as your DialLink subscription.

Are shipping costs included in the price?

No. Shipping costs are not included in the desk phone price and will be added separately to your order.

What is the typical delivery timeline?

Delivery times vary depending on stock availability and shipping location. Most orders are fulfilled within standard shipping windows, typically within two business days.

Can phones be shipped internationally?

No. At this time, shipping is available within the United States only.

What should I do if a phone arrives damaged?

If your desk phone arrives damaged, contact DialLink to arrange a replacement. Please refer to the Refund and Return Policy for desk phones purchased from DialLink for more details.

What internet connection requirements should I meet?

A stable broadband internet connection is required for optimal call quality.

Are the desk phones compatible with headsets or other peripherals?

Yes. Both supported models allow customers to connect compatible headsets and peripherals.

I want to keep my current phone number. Can I do that, and what will the porting process look like?

Yes, you can keep your existing phone number by using the number porting feature. For detailed instructions, refer to the number porting articles.

Since porting from your current provider may take time, DialLink provides a temporary number, so you can start using the system immediately. To avoid service interruptions, set up call forwarding from your existing number to the temporary number and keep it active until the porting process is complete.
