The Basic Business Line requires the use of a desk phone purchased from DialLink in order to activate and use your business phone line.
Under this plan, the only available model is the Yealink SIP-T34W, which comes pre-provisioned for use with the DialLink business phone system.

Ordering a desk phone
You don’t need to order a desk phone separately. When you purchase a basic business line through a DialLink authorized partner, a desk phone order automatically placed for you as part of your purchase.
Note: The cost of the desk phone is not included in the subscription price. It will appear separately on your invoice along with the subscription charges.
Desk phone shipment
Desk phones are shipped shortly after payment is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Delivery times depend on stock availability and shipping location. Most orders are fulfilled within standard shipping windows (typically within 2 business days).
Note: Shipping costs are not included in the desk phone price and will be added separately to your order.
How to track the delivery of desk phones
There are two ways to find tracking information:
Option 1: How to track desk phone delivery using a tracking link from an email
Once your desk phone order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information.
Your order may be delivered by USPS or UPS, depending on the delivery destination.
Track your order with USPS
USPS tracking numbers typically consist of 22 digits and look like this: 9400 1000 0000 0000 0000 00.
To track your shipment:
Copy the tracking number
Go to https://www.usps.com/
Enter the number in the Search & Track Packages field
Track Your Order with UPS
UPS tracking numbers start with 1Z followed by 16 characters, for example: 1Z999AA10123456784.

Option 2: How to track desk phone delivery in the product
Once your desk phone order has been shipped, the order status in the product will be updated accordingly.
To check the order status in the product, follow these steps:
Go the Phone system settings
Open the Desk phones
3. Find your desk phone order
4. Click the arrow to view full details.
5. In the pop-up window, you will see the current status.
