Overview

The Microsoft 365 Contacts native integration allows you to sync contacts from Microsoft 365 to the DialLink business phone system. Imported contacts are grouped in a separate tab in DialLink for easier access.

What you can do with the Microsoft 365 Contacts native integration

Sync contacts from Microsoft 365 Contact to DialLink

You can set up one-way synchronization from Microsoft 365 to DialLink. This means all Microsoft 365 contacts are imported into DialLink, and any changes made in Microsoft 365 are reflected in DialLink.

The following fields are synced:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Business phone number

  • Mobile phone number

  • Company name

  • Job title

Note: This integration supports one-way sync only. Contacts in DialLink are not synced back to Microsoft 365, and any changes made in DialLink will not be reflected in Microsoft 365.

Access imported Microsoft 365 Contacts in separate tab

Contacts imported through this integration are grouped in a separate tab within the Contacts section, making them easy to find and manage.

Recognize imported Microsoft 365 Contacts on incoming calls

When an imported contact calls you, DialLink automatically recognizes the number and displays the contact’s saved name.
