Overview

The DialLink Google Contacts native integration allows you to sync contacts between Google and DialLink. You can choose continuous two-way synchronization or a one-way import from Google to DialLink.

You can connect multiple Google accounts, making it easy to manage contacts from different sources in one place.

In both cases, contacts imported from Google are grouped in a separate tab for quick and easy access.

What you can do with the Google Contacts native integration

Import your Google Contacts to DialLink

Import contacts stored in your Google accounts directly into DialLink.

The following fields are synced:

  • Job title

Keep contact details up to date between DialLink and Google

Once the integration is connected, contacts remain in continuous two-way sync. Any changes made in Google Contacts or DialLink are automatically reflected in both systems.

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email address

  • Phone numbers

  • Company name

  • Job title

Access imported Google Contacts in separate tab

Contacts imported through this integration are grouped in a separate tab within the Contacts section, making them easy to find and manage.

Recognize imported Google Contacts on incoming calls

When an imported contact calls you, DialLink automatically recognizes the number and displays the contact’s saved name.
