How can I manage my subscription?

Learn how to upgrade and downgrade your DialLink subscription plan.

With DialLink, you can change your subscription plan right in the product at any time, whether you are upgrading to a higher plan or downgrading to a lower one.

How to upgrade your subscription plan

Follow these steps to change your plan:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

2. Navigate to Company Settings.

3. Open the Subscriptions section.

4. In the Overview area, review your current subscription plan.

5. Click Change plan.

6. In the opened window, choose your preferred billing cycle: monthly or annual.

7. Select the plan you would like to switch to.

8. In the pop-up window, review your selection and confirm the change by clicking the Submit button.

Note: When you upgrade your plan, whether increasing number of users or switching to the higher your current subscription will remain active until the renewal date specified in your subscription details. The new plan will take effect starting from the next billing cycle.

How to downgrade your subscription plan

Follow these steps to change your plan:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

2. Navigate to Company Settings.

3. Open the Subscriptions section.

4. In the Overview area, review your current subscription plan.

5. Click Change plan.

6. In the opened window, choose your preferred billing cycle: monthly or annual.

7. Select the plan you would like to switch to.

8. In the pop-up window, review your selection and confirm the change by clicking the Submit button.

Note: Any downgrades, including decreasing the number of users or switching to a lower tier subscription will only take effect until the next renewal date.
