How to change your billing cycle

DialLink offers two billing cycle options: monthly and annual.

How to switch to a monthly billing cycle

To switch your billing cycle from annual to monthly, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

Open the Settings in the mobile app

2. Navigate to Company Settings.

3. Open the Subscriptions section.

4. Click Change plan.

Desktop:

5. In the window that opens, switch the toggle to Monthly billing.

6. Locate your current plan below and click the button next to your subscription plan.

7. In the pop-up window, review your selection and confirm the change by clicking the Submit button.

Note: Changes to your billing cycle will take effect only after your current billing period ends.

For example, if you are on an annual billing cycle and switch to monthly billing while your annual subscription is still active, the new monthly billing cycle will begin once the annual term expires.

To switch your billing cycle from monthly to annual, follow these steps:

2. Navigate to Company Settings.

3. Open the Subscriptions section.

6. Locate your current plan below and click the button next to your subscription plan.
