Default numbers
When signing up for DialLink, your business receives a default phone number that you can use immediately. Additionally, each new user can receive one free phone number.
Numbers and subscription charges
Adding extra phone numbers beyond the default allocation will increase your subscription cost:
Local phone number: $5 per each
Toll-free phone number: $7 per each
How to get a new number
To expand your pool of available phone numbers, you can obtain one through the DialLink platform:
Go to your web workspace in DialLink.
Navigate to
> Product settings > Phone numbers.
Click the +Add new phone number button and then select Get new phone number. Click Proceed.
Choose the type of number to add: Local or Toll-free.
See Local and Toll-free numbers to learn more about their differences.Click Add near the phone number to get it for your business. Use the search field to find a specific number, e.g., one with a certain area code.
Note. Each number is labeled with green icons indicating its capabilities (inbound/outbound calls, SMS, and multimedia exchange).
Click Add number to confirm.
Configure the service address for the selected number by choosing an existing one or adding a new address. Click Add service address.
Once the process is complete, the new phone number will appear in your list of all numbers. Now you can manage the number, assign, and configure it.
