DialLink allows you to record calls, making it easy to track conversations for the entire team and manage interaction with customers.
Before recording
Depending on regulations, callers must be informed of call recording. Employees using this feature must ensure compliance with applicable laws. Consult your legal team for guidance.
Record a call
When the call is active, click the Start recording button. Recording begins immediately.
Accessing recording
After the call ends, open the Calls tab at the top and select the call from the history. Here, you can listen to or download the recording for offline use.

Note. For easier navigation, calls with recordings are marked with a recording icon.
AI transcriptions
This DialLink feature uses artificial intelligence to provide highly accurate speech recognition and speech-to-text transcription. DialLink generates AI transcriptions with the content and insights automatically. For more details, see AI transcriptions.
