Once you have your HubSpot access token, you can connect HubSpot as a tool for AI agents in DialLink. This lets your AI agents create and update leads, pull contact details, and provide context during calls without leaving the conversation.
Requirements
An active HubSpot account.
A private app access token (see: How to get a HubSpot access token).
Steps to connect
In DialLink, go to Settings > Tools.

2. Click + to add a new tool.

3. Select HubSpot from the list.

4. Paste your access token into the Access Token field.

5. Click Create to save the connection.

HubSpot is now connected as a tool for AI agent. Assign it to any AI agent so they can use HubSpot data and actions during calls.
Configure available actions
Once the tool is connected, you can control which actions are available for your AI agents to perform. By default, all actions are enabled. To update available actions:
In DialLink, go to Settings > Tools.
Open the connected HubSpot integration.
In the Actions section, find the action you want to disable.
Turn the toggle next to the action to OFF.
