Once you have your Cal.com API key, you can connect Cal.com as a tool for AI agents in DialLink. This will allow your AI agents to use Cal.com data and actions during calls, for example, checking availability or booking appointments.
Requirements
An active Cal.com account.
An API key from Cal.com (see How to get a Cal.com API key).
Steps to connect Cal.com in DialLink
In DialLink, go to Settings > Tool.

2. Click + to add a new server.

3. Select Cal.com from the list.

4. Paste your API key into the API Key field.

5. Click Create to save the connection.

Cal.com is now connected as a tool for AI agent. You can assign it to any AI agent so they can access Cal.com functions during calls.
Configure available actions
Once the tool is connected, you can control which actions are available for your AI agents to perform. By default, all actions are enabled. To update available actions:
In DialLink, go to Settings > Tools.
Open the connected Cal.com integration.
In the Actions section, find the action you want to disable.
Turn the toggle next to the action to OFF.
