Managing numbers in a trial account

In a trial account, phone number management is limited. This keeps things simple during evaluation and prevents large-scale changes before your account is verified.

Adding or changing phone numbers

Trial: you cannot purchase or assign additional numbers. The number assigned at sign-up will remain active for testing calls.

After upgrade: available on all plans. You’ll be able to add and manage numbers in the Numbers tab of your workspace.

Porting existing numbers

Trial: porting requests (moving your current business numbers into DialLink) are not available.

After upgrade: available on all plans. You can submit a port request through the Porting requests tab. Once verified, your existing numbers can be transferred into DialLink.
