This article provides step-by-step instructions for connecting DialLink and Microsoft Teams.
Before you begin, make sure you meet all prerequisites.
Connect DialLink to Microsoft Teams
Go to the Settings
Open the Integrations
Select Microsoft Teams
Click Connect
Login to your Microsoft Teams account
Grant the necessary permissions to post in your Teams account
Add the DialLink Bot to Microsoft Teams
After connecting the integration, install the DialLink bot to activate it in Microsoft Teams.
Open your Microsoft Teams app
Go to Apps
Search for DialLink
In the pop-up window, click Add
Select General
Click Go
