After connecting Microsoft Teams to DialLink, you can configure how the integration works. This includes selecting which phone numbers to include, what data to sync, and where notifications are sent in Teams.
Create a channel in Teams for DialLink notifications
As a best practice, create a dedicated Teams channel to receive DialLink notifications.
For better organization, you can also create separate channels for different phone numbers.
Add phone numbers to be synced to Microsoft Teams
To set up synchronization:
Go to Settings
Open Integrations
Select Microsoft Teams
Scroll to the Phone Numbers to Sync section
Click Add Phone Number
Select a phone number from the list
Choose the data you want to sync
Select the Teams channel where notifications will be sent
Click Save

To control how you receive alerts, adjust your notification preferences directly in your Microsoft Teams account.
