Setting up the Slack native integration

Learn how to connect DialLink and Slack step by step.

This article provides step-by-step instructions for connecting DialLink and Slack.

Before you begin, make sure you meet all prerequisites.

Connect DialLink to Slack

  1. Go to the Settings

2. Open the Integrations

3. Select Slack

4. Click Connect

5. Login to your Slack account

6. Grant the necessary permissions to post in your Slack account

Add the DialLink Bot to Slack

After connecting the integration, add the DialLink bot to the Slack channel where you want call and message notifications to appear.

  1. Open your Slack app

  2. Open the channel where you want to receive notifications

  3. Click the channel name to open Settings

  4. Select Integrations

  5. Click Add an App

  6. Search for DialLink

  7. Click Add
