After connecting Slack to DialLink, you can configure how the integration works. This includes selecting which phone numbers to include, what data to sync, and where notifications are sent in Slack.
Create a channel in Slack for DialLink notifications
As a best practice, create a dedicated Slack channel to receive DialLink notifications.
For better organization, you can also create separate channels for different phone numbers.
Add phone numbers to be synced to Slack
To set up synchronization:
Go to Settings
2. Open Integrations
3. Select Slack
4. Scroll to the Phone Numbers to Sync section
5. Click Add Phone Number
6. Select a phone number from the list
7. Choose the data you want to sync
8. Select the Slack channel where notifications will be sent
9. Click Save
