Port your phone number to DialLink

Learn how to port your existing phone number under the Basic Business Line subscription plan.

Updated yesterday

If you have an existing phone number that you’d like to keep and use with your DialLink desk phones, you can port/transfer it to DialLink. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth and successful porting process.

Step 1: Collect all required documents

To ensure your number porting request is processed without delays, it’s important to prepare all required information in advance.

You can find the full list of documents and details in the Preparing for Number Porting (US & CA Numbers) article.

Step 2: Understand potential fees

Porting your number may involve charges from both your current provider and DialLink:

Current provider

You are responsible for any termination fees or additional charges your existing carrier may apply when you transfer your number to DialLink.

DialLink

Once the port is completed, your number will be billed according to standard DialLink rates for number hosting and usage — the same as any other number in your account.

Submit your number porting request

After collecting all required information, submit your porting request to DialLink by emailing support@diallink.com or contacting us via live chat.
