The DialLink Basic Business Line is a subscription plan designed for small businesses that need a single business phone line for one user, used exclusively on a desk phone, without the need for any messaging.

The plan includes:

  • Unlimited inbound and outbound calling within the US & Canada*

  • Voicemail and AI-powered voicemail transcription

  • Inbound calls

  • Outbound calls

  • Call holding

  • Parallel calls

  • Call forwarding

It is built to help small businesses communicate with customers reliably and cost-effectively, without requiring complex setup.

How can I purchase the plan?

The Basic Business Line is available exclusively through DialLink’s authorized partners. It cannot be purchased directly through the DialLink website.

What are limitations of the plan?

The Basic Business Line has several characteristics that distinguish it from other DialLink subscription plans:

  • The plan supports a single phone line with one local US phone number only

  • A desk phone purchase is required

  • Mobile and desktop apps are not supported

  • Messaging (SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp for Business) is not supported

  • Toll-free or international phone numbers are not supported

  • Adding additional phone numbers requires an upgrade to the full DialLink product
