FAQ: WhatsApp for Business integration

I didn’t receive a verification message for my DialLink phone number. What should I do?

This may happen if your DialLink phone number is not registered to receive messages.

To check the registration status:

  1. Go to Phone System Settings

  2. Open the Trust section

  3. Review your registration status

If the status of a Trust campaign is not registered or approved, you need to submit a registration request. To do this, refer to the US Carrier and A2P 10DLC Registration articles for instructions.

My phone number was previously used with WhatsApp for Business. What should I do?

To use the number with DialLink:

  1. Unlink the phone number from your existing Meta account

  2. Port (transfer) the number to DialLink. To learn how to do that, please refer to the Port numbers to DialLink articles.

  3. Register the number through DialLink’s WhatsApp for Business integration.

Can I participate in a group chats?

No, group messaging is not currently supported in DialLink’s WhatsApp integration.
