DialLink offers a native WhatsApp for Business integration for users on the Professional and Enterprise plans. This allows you to send and receive WhatsApp for Business messages directly within DialLink.
With this integration, you can manage WhatsApp conversations in the same interface you use for calls and SMS, without switching between tools.
This feature supports WhatsApp Business only and is not available for personal WhatsApp accounts.
Note: WhatsApp voice and video calls are not supported in DialLink. Only WhatsApp text messaging is available.

With WhatsApp for Business connected to DialLink, you can:
Use your DialLink business phone number to register a WhatsApp Business account.
Send and receive WhatsApp messages using your DialLink number.
Attach media to messages:
Images: jpeg, jpg, png, webp, heic (limit – 5MB)
Video: mp4 (limit – 16MB)
Audio: mpeg, ogg, mp3, amr, 3gpp, aac (limit – 16MB)
Documents: pdf, msword, docx, pptx, xlsx (limit – 16MB)
Contacts: text/vcard, application/vcard
4. Manage WhatsApp messages alongside calls and SMS in the same workspace.
5. Use AI-suggested replies and automated responses to improve response times and consistency.
6. Keep messages synchronized between DialLink and the WhatsApp for Business app.
