Managing your HubSpot native integration

After connecting HubSpot to DialLink, you can adjust integration settings by choosing which data to sync between the two systems. You can also select which DialLink phone numbers are included in the synchronization.

How to adjust call logging settings

Call logging is enabled by default for all connected phone numbers. You cannot configure it per number, only at the account level.

To update this setting in DialLink:

  1. Go to Settings

2. Open Integrations

3. Select HubSpot

4. Scroll to the Synchronization section

5. Turn the Log calls toggle on or off

How to adjust message logging settings

Message logging is enabled by default for all connected phone numbers. You cannot configure it per number, only at the account level.

To update this setting in DialLink:

  1. Go to Settings

2. Open Integrations

3. Select HubSpot

4. Scroll to the Synchronization section

5. Turn the Log messages toggle on or off

How to add a phone number

You can choose which DialLink phone numbers are used to sync data with HubSpot.

To add a phone number for sync:

  1. Go to Settings

2. Open Integrations

3. Select HubSpot

4. Scroll to the Phone numbers section

5. Select the number you want to include

6. Click Add Phone Number

How to remove a phone number

You can remove a DialLink phone number from HubSpot synchronization at any time.

To remove a phone number from a sync:

  1. Go to Settings

2. Open Integrations

3. Select HubSpot

4. Scroll to the Phone numbers section

5. Find the number you want to remove

6. Click Remove next to the number

How to disconnect the HubSpot integration

If you want to uninstall the HubSpot integration, you can do so:

  1. Go to the Settings

2. Open Integrations

Integration settings desktop

3. Select HubSpot

4. Click Disconnect
