How to resubmit a rejected A2P registration request

This article explains how to update a rejected A2P 10DLC registration request and resubmit it for review.

If you receive an email notification stating that your A2P 10DLC registration has been rejected or if you see a Rejected status in the product, you can update your request by correcting the details or adding the missing information and submit it again for review.

Resubmission fees

Each A2P registration resubmission costs $15 per request.

These fees are enforced by The Campaign Registry and US mobile network operators.

Edit and resubmit a rejected A2P registration request

To update and resubmit a rejected A2P registration request, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings menu.

2. Navigate to and click on the Trust section.

3. Scroll to Local numbers registration.

4. Click on the Edit and submit button next to Your registration details.

5. Update the required details by correcting errors or adding any missing information.

6. Complete the payment.

7. Submit the request for another review

After resubmission, the request will undergo review again by the appropriate compliance authorities.
