Before connecting your AI voice agents to Slack, make sure you meet the requirements below.

An active DialLink subscription (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise)
Admin-level access in DialLink
Slack requirements
An active Slack account.
If your Slack workspace restricts new app installs, a workspace admin may need to approve the connection before it can be used.
Steps to connect
In DialLink, go to Settings > MCP Servers.
2. Click + to add a new server.
3. Select Slack from the list.
4. Click Create and Authorize. You will be redirected to Slack's authorization page.
5. Log in to your Slack workspace.
6. Click Allow to grant DialLink access to your Slack workspace.
Slack is now connected. Assign it to any AI voice agent, so they can perform the actions in your Slack workspace.
