Before connecting your AI voice agents to Asana, make sure you meet the requirements below.
Requirements
DialLink requirements
An active DialLink subscription (Essential, Professional, or Enterprise)
Admin-level access in DialLink
Asana requirements
An active Asana plan (Personal, Starter, Advanced, Enterprise, or Enterprise+)
Connecting for personal use: no admin approval needed, on any plan
Connecting for your whole team: if you're on Enterprise or Enterprise+, check whether your org requires app approval under Admin Console > Apps > Manage apps > Global app settings. On Starter, admin-level approval isn't available, each person can only connect the integration to their own individual account.
Steps to connect
In DialLink, go to Settings > MCP Servers.
2. Click + to add a new server.
3. Select Asana from the list.
4. Click Create and Authorize. You will be redirected to Asana's authorization page.
5. Log in with your Asana credentials.
6. Click Allow to grant DialLink access to your Asana account.
Your Asana MCP server is now connected. Assign it to any AI voice agent,so they can perform the actions in your Asana account.
