Available DialLink triggers and actions in Zapier

DialLink connects with thousands of apps through Zapier, so you can automate the busy work around your calls, texts, and contacts. By combining DialLink triggers and actions with the other apps your team already uses (CRMs, spreadsheets, help desks, and more) you can build Zaps that keep your systems in sync automatically.

Triggers

A trigger is an event in DialLink that starts a Zap. When something happens in DialLink, such as a new call coming in or a contact being added, Zapier picks it up and can pass that information along to any other connected app.

The list of available triggers:

  • Deleted Contact: Triggers when a contact is deleted.

  • New Inbound Call: Triggers when a new inbound call is complete.

  • New Outbound Call: Triggers when a new outbound call is complete.

  • New Voicemail: Triggers when a new voicemail is created.

  • New Contact: Triggers when a new contact is created.

  • New Message: Triggers when a new message is successfully received or sent.

  • New Undelivered Message: Triggers when a new message is undelivered or failed.

  • Updated Contact: Triggers when a contact is updated.

Actions

An action is something DialLink does in response to a trigger from another app. Actions let outside events, such as a new row in a spreadsheet or a new lead in a CRM, create or update information in DialLink automatically.

  • Create Contact: Creates a new contact in DialLink.

  • Delete Contact: Deletes an existing contact in DialLink.

  • Contacts: Searches for existing contacts in DialLink.

  • Create Message: Sends a new message from DialLink.

  • Update Contact: Updates an existing contact's details in DialLink.
