DialLink charges customers for each user added to the system, either on a monthly or annual basis. The price per user is determined by the selected plan β Essential, Professional, or Enterprise.
β
By default, DialLink provides 1,000, 2,000, or 3,000 monthly call minutes per tenant, depending on the plan, with the option to purchase additional minute packs as needed. Unlike competitors, these call minutes are allocated to the entire tenant rather than to individual users. This allows users to consume call minutes differently based on their needs. If more minutes are required, businesses can purchase extra minute packs at any time. This consumption-based pricing model ensures that customers only pay for what they use, rather than for unlimited call minutes they may not need.
