How to create a WhatsApp sender in DialLink

After your WhatsApp Business account is connected and the phone number is verified, you need to create a WhatsApp sender. Only phone numbers registered as senders can be used for WhatsApp messaging in DialLink.

Create a WhatsApp sender

To create a WhatsApp sender:

  1. In DialLink, go to Settings > Integrations > WhatsApp.

Mobile:

Open the Settings in the mobile app

2. Click +Add sender.

3. Enter a Display name. This name is used to identify the sender inside DialLink.

4. For Phone number, select the DialLink phone number you added and verified earlier.

5. Click Save.

After you save the sender, the sender is created and activated, and their status changes to Online.

The phone number is ready to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
